Name of the recipe – Rice Paper Veg Dumpling
Ingredients for Dumplings
- rice paper
- warm water
- corn flour/starch
- refined oil
- black pepper powder
- salt
- cabbage (chopped)
- garlic
- spring onion
- coriander leaves
Hot and Sour Dip Ingredients
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- black pepper powder
- salt
- (chopped)
- garlic
- green chili
- coriander leaves
DIP
- Take a bowl, add two tablespoons of soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of vinegar, add garlic, coriander, green chili – all chopped
- Pour half tea cup of warm water, now add a pinch of salt and black pepper to it.Stir it well
- keep it aside for 1 hour in room temperature
Vegetable Mixure
- Take a bowl and put chopped – cabbage, garlic, spring onion, coriander leaves, and add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder.
- Mix it!
Dumplings
- In a plate put warm water and 1 table spoon of corn flour/starch
- Mix it!
- Now take a rice paper put that into that mixture of water and corn flour/starch
- Keep it for few seconds till it’s soften
- Take it our gently and keep it on a plane surface
- Now in center put your veg mix in it.
- Fold it gently~ in a desired shape.
- Then freeze it for 60 seconds
- Now on the pan, brush some oil
- And shallow fry them on a medium flame from both sides
